Time for medical history, examination, medical assessment and a clear plan for the next steps.

  1. General medical consultation

    45-60 minutes

    Time for your questions, a structured medical history and a medical assessment of your concerns. Together, we discuss appropriate next steps and possible alternatives.

  2. Weight-coaching consultation

    Initial medical appointment

    A detailed medical history, physical examination and review of relevant measurements form the basis of the consultation. From there, realistic goals and a personalised approach are developed. The fee of €180 applies to this initial medical appointment; the scope and potential cost of ongoing support will be agreed in advance.

Every treatment follows a medical assessment, confirmation of the indication and a discussion of the options, limitations and risks.

  1. Polynucleotide treatment

    Skin quality

    Polynucleotides are injected into selected areas of the skin. Whether the treatment is suitable for your concerns and the desired improvement in skin quality is assessed individually.

  2. Hyaluronic acid filler treatment

    1 ml

    Hyaluronic acid fillers can be used to address changes in volume or to define contours. The treatment area and amount are assessed by the doctor in advance.

  3. Botulinum toxin treatment

    Facial expression

    Botulinum toxin, commonly referred to as “Botox”, can reduce the activity of selected muscles and soften expression lines. The dose required depends on the treatment area, anatomy and intended result.

  4. Botulinum toxin for bruxism

    Jaw muscles

    For bruxism, botulinum toxin can temporarily reduce activity in the jaw muscles. Findings, possible causes, alternatives and an appropriate dose are discussed beforehand.

  5. Correction with hyaluronidase

    Correction of hyaluronic acid fillers

    Hyaluronidase can dissolve previously injected hyaluronic acid when a correction is medically or aesthetically indicated. The material used and the affected area are assessed carefully beforehand.

    Individual assessment

    An exosome-containing product is injected into selected skin areas. The product, treatment goal and individual suitability, as well as alternatives and potential risks, are assessed by the doctor in advance.

  7. Botulinum toxin for hyperhidrosis

    Excessive sweating

    Botulinum toxin can temporarily reduce signal transmission to the sweat glands. Treatment follows a medical assessment and individual dose planning. The price applies to bilateral treatment; the intended body area is agreed in advance.

    Weight history, symptoms, pre-existing conditions, medication, previous measures, nutrition, activity, sleep, stress and daily routines are discussed in detail.

    Examination & measurements

    This includes a physical examination, detailed weight measurements and checks of pulse, blood pressure and oxygen saturation using pulse oximetry.

    Goals & diagnostics

    Realistic treatment goals are agreed together and existing findings are reviewed. Laboratory diagnostics are added when a specific medical question requires them.

    Personalised plan

    The findings are used to create a practical treatment plan with nutritional advice and suitable activity and exercise recommendations.

    Weekly check-in

    Progress, questions and potential obstacles are discussed online or by telephone. The plan can be adjusted when needed.

    Measurements and medically indicated laboratory values are reviewed at suitable intervals, results are assessed and new habits are reinforced for the long term.
